Ganapathy is described as the Lord of all obstacles (Vigneswara). As he is the Lord of obstacles no hindu ritual or auspicious act is ever undertaken without invoking Him. With his grace, it is believed that no undertaking can fail due to subjective or objective obstacles. Here the Ganapathy Shrine is situated at the ' Kanni moola ' i.e. south western corner in the nalambalam. Ganapathy homa is performed in the specially built homakunda infront of the deity daily. The main offerings are Ganapathy homa, Otta etc.

Goddess Bhagavathy is installed in a separate Sree Kovil at the south west side in the temple compound. Here the sankalpa is that of vanadurga. Poomoodal, muttarukkal, Pattu-thali charthal, Rakthapushapanjali etc are the important offerings.
ayappan Ayappan

Lord Ayyappa is installed in the south west corner outside the Nalambalam. The main offering is the lighting of Elluthiri, the lights made of gingelly grains to avoid ' Sanidosha '. 41 days Mandalavillaku is celebrated here , from vrischikam 1 onwards . Neeranjannam, Neyyabhishekam, Muttarukal are the important offerings here .

Naga Raja and Naga Rani are installed in a separate enclosure in the Sarpakavu behind the Bhagavathy temple. Naga pooja, sarpabali are the main offerings here .
Dambathi Rakshassu

Dambathi Rakshassu is installed in the North - East corner of the Temple . The main offering is Bramarakshsu pooja .
